One of our recent project was to undertake a render clean on these beautiful apartments over in Wolverhampton.

After speaking with the render manufacturer who had stated the best way to clean the render the property management company new exactly what they wanted and how they wanted the job to be undertaken.

After our first initial phone call with the property management company we fully explained our methods of cleaning render and it was exactly what they were looking for.

We arranged a site visit to view the severity of the soiling on the render whilst also carry out a demonstration clean for the client to show exactly the results our render leaning service is able to achieve. 

After the sample clean had been carried out the client and the tenants of the apartments were thrilled with the results and couldn't wait to get our company onboard to under the full buildings render clean.

The chosen method of cleaning this render was using a biocide soft wash treatment, this is applied via a specialist low pressure soft wash system to ensure no damage is caused to the delicate render surface.

​Block Paving Clean in Stafford, Staffordshire.
 
So, one of this week’s jobs was cleaning a large area of block paved area that was heavily soiled in white lichens and algae. The block paving hadn’t been cleaned in many years and was in desperate need of a deep cleanse.
 
The first job was to get the pressure washer set up and talk the customer through the procedure to ensure minimal disturbance occurs while the work is being carried out.
 
Once the machines were ready the team then got to work cleaning the block paving…
 
Due to the heavy white lichen the turbo nozzle and lance was need to remove the tops off these stubborn lichens.

​After a few hours, the paving started to take shape and the naturally colours of the pavers started to show through.

Once all the paving had been pressure washed it was then time to post treat the area to remove all the black and white lichens spores that were left, the treatment was applied, agitated then left to dwell for around 15-20 minutes to fully ensure all the lichens had fully disappeared.
Once we were happy they had all been removed the treatment was then rinsed off with a lower pressure rinse nozzle.
 
Before the clean was complete the full area and surroundings were cleaned down including all windows and walls leaving the areas free from any muck/sand debris.
 
The paving was then left for a couple of days to dry out before the team then headed back for a second visit to re-sand the blocks for the final touch.
 
The customer was over the moon with the results achieved and couldn’t believe just how well the paving looked once again.

JetOWash were over in Telford this morning removing graffiti off of the side of a house. As you will agree it looks unpleasant and needed to be removed ASAP to prevent it having a knock on effect to the area.

Upon arrival we applied a gel to help break down the paint used and then we got to work with our steamer. 

Hey presto! The graffiti is removed.

Over the weekend JetOWash were in Wolverhampton at a Commercial Distribution Centre cleaning their Security Hut / Gate House Kingspan Cladding, Frames, Sills & Windows along with unblocking their Gutters.

I'm sure you'll agree when taking a look at some of the photos we have included below, that the building was well overdue a clean, with the use of our Water-Fed Pole System and MEWP we were able to bring the shine back to their Gate House.

Not to mention the Gutters, which were crammed full of debris along with growing moss and weeds, we have now cleared all Gutters so they are in full working order again.

This weekend JetOWash were over in Wolverhampton clearing out approximately 700 metres of Box Guttering at a Commercial Distribution Centre.

The gutters were packed full with all sorts from leaves, grass growth, dead birds & general debris build up

Using an MEWP & Man Safe System our team were able to empty these and get them flowing as they should be.

During the summer holidays the schools have the chance to get any work needed to be done completed, this is when JetOWash were called into the school over in Wolverhampton to clean the grubby canopies.

No problem for us, using our Man Safe System & Water Fed Pole equipment we were able to bring these soiled, dull looking canopies back to their former glory again
