High Level Gutter Cleaning

​We had a call from a property management company who had a problem with one of their property’s guttering.
They stated the issue was there was no access to rear or side of the property and the build was 4 stories high, they had had several companies visit the site stating that they are unable to clear the guttering due to the access.
 
As you can see in the photo below the building backed onto a river and there were just under 1.5m of room between the building and the river making it impossible to access via a MEWP or portable scaffolding tower. 

​The cost to fully scaffold the rear of the building would have gone into the thousands but luckily enough we had a solution.
After carrying out a site visit and providing a set of RAMS the property management company were happy to go ahead and have the work under taken.
 
Using our carbon fibre 40ft gutter cleaning poles, wireless inspection camera and 3000w gutter vacuum we were able to clear the gutters with ease.

We had many pedestrians stopping to watch us in action and many people complement on what a fabulous bit of kit the gutter vacuum system was and how they couldn’t believe it was able to clear gutters at such height.
